But here’s the secret: magic only works when operations run flawlessly. Behind every seamless adventure is a team that communicates clearly, plans precisely and keeps everything moving without friction. That’s where you come in.

We are looking for an active, hands-on Operations Intern who enjoys bringing order to complexity and takes pride in making things run smoothly.

This is not a game design role but a business-oriented, back-end position focused on customer communication, coordination and administrative support, inside one of Amsterdam’s most unique creative companies.

  • Natural Host. You love people. You have a "hospitable-first" mindset and find genuine joy in helping others solve problems and feel welcomed?

  • Fluent English speaker? Dutch is a very strong "nice-to-have" as you'll be speaking with many of our local fans!

What you’ll be doing

You will support our Operations & Management team in ensuring that every guest interaction is smooth, professional and well-organized.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and responding to customer emails and booking inquiries

  • Supporting the booking system and resolving scheduling conflicts

  • Assisting with structured administrative office tasks

  • Maintaining clear and friendly communication with guests

  • Supporting internal organization and workflow improvements

You will work from our office in central Amsterdam and collaborate closely with a dynamic, creative international team.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, but someone who notices what needs attention and steps in.
