⚡ What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Operations Team, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience for both our guests and our internal team. On an average day, you will:

• 📧 Respond to guest inquiries (from special birthday requests to last-minute booking changes)

• 🔍 Proactively identify areas for improvement

• 🤝 Support the team in maintaining a clear overview.

• 😊 Ensure every guest feels heard and helped.

Practical Requirements:

• 🇬🇧 You speak and write fluent English.

• 🇳🇱 Dutch proficiency is a plus.
