Internship: Operations & Guest Experience

⚡ What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Operations Team, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience for both our guests and our internal team. On an average day, you will:

• 📧 Respond to guest inquiries (from special birthday requests to last-minute booking changes).

• 📅 Solve booking puzzles and scheduling challenges.

• 🔍 Proactively identify areas for improvement and take the lead on fixing them.

• 🤝 Support the team in maintaining a clear overview of daily operations.

• 😊 Ensure every guest feels heard and exceptionally well-helped.

You don’t wait around for instructions. You see what needs to be done, and you do it. This is the place where creativity and structure meet.

Practical Requirements:

• 🇬🇧 You speak and write fluent English.

• 🇳🇱 Dutch proficiency is a strong plus.
